Ingredients

  • Black Beans
  • Carne Seca
  • Smoked Sausage
  • Bacon
  • Pork Ribs or Pork Shoulder
  • Garlic & Onion
  • Bay Leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak the Meats and Beans (24 hours)
  2. Parboil the Meats
  3. Simmer Beans and Dried Meat
  4. Add Smoked/Fresh Meats
  5. Render Fat and Sauté Aromatics
  6. Thicken the Stew
  7. Season and Serve
